Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with PERFUMESET CLUB. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this Policy limits a delivery right or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. Free worldwide standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for every order accepted through our checkout, with no minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping applies to destinations currently available for selection at checkout. If a destination is remote, restricted, subject to fragrance-transport limitations, or not serviceable by an available carrier, we may contact you for an alternative deliverable address or cancel the affected order and issue a refund. We will not impose an undisclosed shipping charge after checkout.
2. Processing and estimated delivery
For non-remote areas, estimated delivery is 7 to 15 calendar days after the order is placed. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, unless a guarantee is expressly stated at checkout. Orders may require payment review, address verification, packing and handover to a carrier before tracking begins.
Perfume products may be treated as restricted or alcohol-containing goods by carriers and aviation authorities. Routing, customs review, local holidays, weather, security controls, peak demand and carrier capacity can affect transit times. Remote areas, islands, military addresses and locations with limited dangerous-goods service may require additional time.
3. Order confirmation and tracking
After your order is accepted, we will send confirmation to the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking information is issued when available and may take time to show the first carrier scan. You can use the "Track Your Order" section on our website or contact support if tracking has not updated for an unusual period. A tracking delay does not necessarily mean the parcel has not moved.
4. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, building or unit number, city, region, postal code, telephone number and any access information needed for delivery. Check these details carefully before payment. Contact us immediately if a correction is required; we cannot guarantee changes once fulfilment begins.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, non-delivery, return, loss, disposal, delay or additional cost caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address, refusal to cooperate with the carrier, failure to collect a parcel, or an unavailable recipient is the customer's responsibility and is not automatically refundable. If a parcel is returned and recoverable, we may offer re-shipment or a refund of recoverable product value after deducting actual unrecoverable costs where lawful. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Customs, duties and import requirements
Taxes and import charges are handled as shown at checkout. Where duties, taxes, brokerage or other government charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for amounts lawfully assessed by the destination country. You must provide information reasonably requested for customs clearance. Refusal or failure to complete clearance may be treated as a customer-caused failed delivery to the extent permitted by law.
6. Packaging and dispatch evidence
We pack fragrance products for transit and may photograph or record the item quantity and condition, protective packaging, sealed parcel, weight, shipping label and carrier handover. We may use these records with carrier scans, tracking events and delivery photographs when investigating a claim. Such records are relevant evidence, but they do not automatically override reliable contrary evidence or non-excludable legal rights.
7. Delivery, safe place and recipient responsibility
A parcel may be delivered to the address, an authorized recipient, a reception desk, parcel locker, collection point or safe place in accordance with the carrier's terms and your delivery instructions. Review carrier notifications and collect held parcels promptly. Where mandatory law provides that risk remains with us until you or a nominated person receives the goods, that rule applies.
8. Delays, lost parcels and force majeure
If a parcel is materially delayed, contact us so that we can review tracking and, where appropriate, open a carrier investigation. A parcel is not treated as lost until the carrier confirms loss or the applicable investigation period expires. If loss is established and was not caused by incorrect customer information or customer inaction, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may be replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs action, transportation shutdown, carrier network failure or labour disruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will honour any cancellation or refund right that applicable law gives you.
9. Damaged, leaking or incorrect deliveries
Inspect the parcel promptly. If goods arrive damaged, leaking, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 48 hours. Include the order number, shipping label, clear photographs of the outer parcel, inner packaging and affected item, and an unedited unpacking video if available. Prompt evidence helps us pursue the carrier and resolve the claim; it does not shorten a non-excludable statutory claim period.
10. Split shipments
We may split an order into more than one parcel for safety, stock or carrier reasons. Where we do so, standard shipping remains free and each parcel may have separate tracking. Receipt of one parcel does not mean the full order has been delivered.
